Jem is our resident office greeter and four-legged bundle of joy. With her wagging tail and sweet personality, she makes sure everyone who walks through our doors feels right at home.
When she’s not supervising the team (usually from her comfy bed on the floor), Jem can be found charming clients with her big brown eyes or sneaking in a quick nap between meetings. She takes her job of spreading smiles very seriously—and she’s excellent at it.
Her specialties include:

Jem may not handle insurance policies, but she’s a pro at ensuring our office feels warm, welcoming, and full of heart.
